SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville North I-95 Area

For most part everything was good, we stayed here 4 adults and 1 baby and reasonable priced. We got a room with 2 queens and queen couch and it was perfect!

The Family rooms have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed with a separate pull out bed below, so it's like 2 single beds, which was great for my youngest son and daughter. Room was spacious and clean as well as bathroom/basin area. Nice having a little kitchenette and lounge area too.

The staff was exceptional they made us feel very welcomed. Taylor checked us in and she was wonderful. I can't thank her enough for all she did for my family and I. The facilities were great our room was amazing as well and overall it was an amazing experience here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they make you feel more like your staying with a relative then at a hotel. The rooms were a really good size for the price. The morning breakfast was great, highly recommend the biscuits. The staff were very informative about near by places for food and the little shop in the lobby was well stocked with stuff you honestly wouldn’t think you need until you see it and realized you forgot it. Beds were comfy and the air condition was wonderful in the Florida heat. Being from Chicago we all greatly appreciated the AC. Check in was quick easy and painless. In all honesty I would have rather spent a week there then going on the cruise I went on. Thank you to all their staff

The clerk, Samona was very accommodating and had excellent customer service! She is a huge asset to your hotel.
