The staff were very friendly and helpful, they make you feel more like your staying with a relative then at a hotel. The rooms were a really good size for the price. The morning breakfast was great, highly recommend the biscuits. The staff were very informative about near by places for food and the little shop in the lobby was well stocked with stuff you honestly wouldn’t think you need until you see it and realized you forgot it. Beds were comfy and the air condition was wonderful in the Florida heat. Being from Chicago we all greatly appreciated the AC. Check in was quick easy and painless. In all honesty I would have rather spent a week there then going on the cruise I went on. Thank you to all their staff

We've booked this Hotel because it is 10 minutes from the JAX airport. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The room was very big and comfortable. You can find plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel. The breakfast was tasty but could have more variety. We also got a free ride to the airport which was awesome.

My family stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and beds was comfortable. Sofa was able to turn into something similar to a daybed with extra bed that can pull out underneath. Employees were respectful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. This hotel had the best waffles I ever tasted. Great location for dining and shopping. Will stay again.

The spacious room, clean and comfortable, near the airport was nice as the flight was delayed and got in late. The staff was friendly and let me take a snack and drink from the little market for free after I got in late!

Everything. The shuttle ride to airport was really great. He was there quick and we were also taken there on-time. Staff is friendly.

It was conveniently located. Easy to access. Walkable. The hotel itself was nice. My wife was pleased. Even during the holiday season. Thanks for those that spent the days making the hotel stay a success.

it was clean and easy access to surrounding cities and freeways. The fridge keeps stuff cold! Rooms are a nice size!
